Muleta Kapatiso is an activist, lawyer, and development practitioner. He is deeply vested in human rights, constitutional and administrative law and development practice, law and policy reform, strategic partnerships and advocacy, government partnerships, elections and electoral dispute resolution, artistic freedoms, and social movement building. Muleta is an advocate for human rights, good governance, economic development, and social justice, with over 12 years of experience working on various cross-cutting development, law, and policy issues. He has offered consultancy services to various organisations on issues related to artistic freedoms, human rights, health rights and Universal Health Coverage, childrens rights, elections and electoral dispute resolution, industrial and labour dispute resolution and, social movement building and, activist safety and security. Muleta is a legal practitioner with an audience in the Zambian courts. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Constitutional and Administrative Laws Degree
